RE-EDUCATION OF THE VISUAL FUNCTION
Very often we become aware of minimal visual dysfunctions, which maybe do not prevent us from seeing well, but they can disturb posture if they bring about limits in the convergence or an incorrect parallelism between the two eyes. Through specific tests, it is possible to identify the appropriate exercises acting on the eye muscles in order to rebalance the system and not to experience repercussions on posture in general.
A visual problem can lead to cervical pain, nausea, and even herniated disc. However, very often it happens that the eyes are first of all victims of postural alterations. What therapists do is therefore using complex exercises to act on the muscular chains resulting unbalanced and perturbing in order to restore a correct visual function and a good postural balance.
